Two years had passed. Jimmy, was now 8 years old when the first part of the story began to unfold. With the passing of time, more events had occurred; both happy and tragic. Sadly, his home life was not one of many happy memories, not with his mother abandoning him in favor of her new boyfriend. Even though his father did his best to provide him with everything he needed, it was never enough to fill the void of having no mother. As his childhood progressed, Jimmy began to feel the sting of growing older. Gone were the days of blissful innocence and happiness. Now life took on a more serious tone than before; school, friends, growing up, and other new experiences beckoned. Unfortunately, Jimmy's school life was far from pleasant. He was shy and introverted, which made him an easy target for the bully kids in his class. At first, his shyness only made him a target for jokes and insults. However, as time went on, the bullies would begin to get more and more physical in their abuse of Jimmy. Jimmy hated going to school, but he had no choice due to his circumstances. Every day, he had to endure the physical and emotional torment inflicted upon him by the bullies in his class. It was more than he could bear, and eventually, he could no longer take it. His anger at the bullies grew stronger and stronger, and he began to plot his revenge on them. He knew he had to do something, anything, to put an end to their relentless harassment. Jimmy spent countless hours planning his revenge, dreaming up various ways to get back at the bullies who were making his life a living hell. He wanted to do something that would not only teach them a lesson but would also make them fear him. After much thought, he came up with a plan; he would make them regret the day they laid a hand on him ever again. Jimmy carefully put his plan into action, tracking down each of the bullies one by one. He waited for them in various places, knowing they would eventually pass by. When he saw them coming, he pounced. His rage was uncontrollable, and he showed no mercy. He brutally attacked each bully, finally getting the vengeance he had been seeking. After the deed was done, he hid the bodies out of sight, so that they would never be found. He was finally free from the torment and misery that the bullies had subjected him to. But just as Jimmy was feeling the relief of the bullies finally being gone, something hit him; a sudden wave of guilt and regret. He remembered what his dad's final words were; 'Do not go down the path of violence,' he had said. With the realization of what he had done, Jimmy was overcome with remorse and began to question if he had done the right thing. Despite the satisfaction of finally getting his revenge, the guilt of knowing he had violated one of his father's last messages was weighing heavy on his soul.
